A rich meaty sausage originating from Tuscany made from coarsely ground pork.
Tied by hand and linked with string in the traditional manner they do not contain rusk or water and are both dairy and gluten free.
Naturally low in fat with a high meat content of over 95% these succulent sausages are great for pan frying, grilling, braising.
Now supplied in new pack size of 4 which is 300gms approximate and suitable for home freezing, just pop in the freezer within two days of delivery, although they have a long shelf life of 8 weeks when kept in the fridge.
