How can I manage my delivery?
If you require a specific delivery date, please put details in the notes section at the checkout stage.
What can I do if my goods are damaged, missing or incorrect?
If you receive items that are damaged, missing or incorrect, please let us know. You can call us on 01992 717 013 or send us an email to [email protected]. Please try to include images of the damaged items and we will issue you a refund.
Where possible we can collect incorrect items and send out the correct ones to you.
Can I return any items?
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging
Your item needs to have the receipt.

How can I order?
Browse our range of products and simply add the required quantity to cart. Once you are happy, you may then go to your cart and proceed to checkout. From there you can follow the steps to safely checkout.
Please note that we only accept online orders.
Delivery & Returns
How can I get a refund?
Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your refund is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuers policies.

I won't be home for my delivery, what can I do?
Please make sure when you are at the checkout stage that you write a note where to leave your delivery if you are not going to be in.
Our couriers usually require a signature but are happy to leave goods in a secure place of your choice should you be out, please let us know when you place your order.
