Order Processing & Dispatch Times
We are working hard to get your orders shipped as quickly as possible! Due to increased demand, we have expanded our team to ensure faster processing.
- All orders are dispatched within 4 days of receipt.
- If you have not received your order within 5 days, please contact our office for an update.
- Order by 2:00 PM on Friday for Saturday delivery only.
New Click & Collect Service
We are excited to introduce our Click & Collect service!
- Orders can be collected directly from our warehouse between 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
- When placing your order, add a comment specifying the day you’d like to collect your goods.
- Orders placed in the morning can be collected in the afternoon from 2:00 PM the same day.
Delivery Tracking & Predict System
Our new Predict system ensures that:
- Customers receive a 1-hour delivery window.
- You can track, change the delivery day, or update the delivery address as needed.
- Updates are sent via SMS or email (depending on the contact details provided).
Chilled Items & Preferred Delivery Days
- Chilled items are packed in a cool bag or box with ice packs, keeping them fresh for up to 30 hours.
- If you need chilled products for a specific day, please add your preferred delivery date in the Comments section at checkout.
- To ensure freshness, we dispatch chilled items the night before delivery.
Delivery Charges
We strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible while using recycled packaging whenever we can.
Standard Delivery (Monday – Friday)
- Free delivery on orders over £50
- £6.99 delivery charge for orders under £50
Saturday Delivery
- Free delivery on orders over £75
- £17.00 delivery charge for orders under £75

Delivery to Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland
For deliveries to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland, please call our office for the best price quote.
Dispatch & Weekend Considerations
- Orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours of receipt.
- If there is a delay, we will contact you.
- Orders received after 2:00 PM on Thursdays will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday for delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday.
(This avoids goods sitting in warehouses over the weekend.) - Saturday delivery orders must be placed by Friday at 2:00 PM.
- Couriers require a signature but can leave goods in a secure place if requested when placing the order.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Camisa Online Italian Deli, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, we’re here to help.
Returns Policy
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Refunds Process
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund processing time depends on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
