Description
Born in the Milan area during the Renaissance, today it is one of the most widespread salami at national level. Only the fine lean and fatty Italian pork meats are ground to “grain of rice”, flavoured with salt, garlic, ground black pepper.
The taste is sweet and delicate. The harmony of taste and flavour is completed with meltability on the palate.
