Description
A mixture of prime pork meat, rind and fat seasoned with salt and spices then stuffed into a pig’s trotter and slow cooked. The flavour is delicate with a sweet and slightly spicy taste. The pre-cooked version is vacuum packed in foil for ease of preparation. Can be served with mash potatoes, cabbage or any type of vegetable.
