CLAI Emiliano is born in full respect of the Emilia-Romagna tradition.
Only the finest lean meats of Italian pork with the right amount of fat are carefully prepared and bagged. Attention to the stewing, drying and curing phases give these salamis an unmistakable aroma and a delicate taste. At sight the slices have a medium grain, are bright red and uniform, with white fat.
All guarantee the absence of gluten, many with the addition of the crossed ear, are free of milk and derivatives.
