Description
To produce our Fiordifrutta, which is characterised by a sweet and intense flavour, we use only the best pears from organic farming, which are predominantly from Italian crops in Emilia-Romagna and are harvested at the perfect stage of ripening. Flavour: very sweet and intense. Pairings and tips: perfect with soft and aged cheeses and of course as a filling for tarts and desserts.
