Description
The Calabrian Maccheroncini “Maccarruni”: ancient dish par excellence (seems to be attributed to Magnagrecia) which later spread throughout Italy, handmade and seasoned with rich sauces based on goat, beef or pork often accompanied with grated ricotta salata.
Ingredients: 100% Italian durum wheat semolina, 2% chilli powder and water.
