Description
Produced in the southern Italian region of Crotone, a region characterized by vineyards, olive groves and an abundance of natural springs which supply the water that goes into making this very fine pasta.
These giant shells are traditionally served stuffed with a meat ragù or cheese and spinach paste, sprinkled with grated parmesan and baked in the oven, truly delicious.
