Fiasconaro uses only the natural leavening of sourdough, a slow and patient process – up to three days – that offers undoubted benefits, including better digestibility of proteins and an intense aroma, with a particular flavour and fragrance.

Typical products of Sicily are carefully selected to create the panettone masterpieces, from pistachios to oranges, from Modica chocolate to apricots, from almonds to the precious Manna delle Madonie.
