Made exclusively for us by the company Padane from Brescia in northern Italy and delivered to us every Monday to maintain absolute freshness
This hand made Spiga style pasta ravioli is filled with rich and creamy ricotta flavoured with Truffle ,
Pop into boiling salted water for 2-3 minutes, drain and serve with a knob of butter and freshly grated parmesan ,or a cream sauce ,and dont forget to add a few shavings of fresh Truffle ( if you have them )
