This filled pasta shape takes is name from traditional Italian Toffees,as the ends of the pasta are twisted delicately around the filling,securing it at both ends.
Filling is made from a blend of tangy Gorgonzola and earthy walnuts bound together with Grana Padano & Provolone cheeses.
