The Fruttibosco Cooperative is founded in Tarsogno with the aim of maintaining and spreading natural products processed with the typical processing techniques that have always been used in our mountain areas.
Tarsogno is a small hamlet located in the commune of Tornolo, a mountain village of the upper Val Taro located on the slopes of Monte Zuccone.

Each variety is hand picked and packed to produce very high quality product ,all local to the region

Perfect for adding flavour to sauces and stews,to use with fresh mozzarella , and chopped up in salads and the left over Olive Oil makes a great tomato flavoured marinade

Produced exclusively for us by Frutibosco,a traditional Artisan producer from northern Italy ,these Artichoke Hearts are hand cut and jarred in Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Ideal as an antipasti and any left over oil can be used as a salad dressing.
