Felino salami originates as its name suggests from the small mountain town ,Felino ,just south of Parma high in the Appenine mountains of Northern Italy.

These salami have been carefully produced from pork sourced from only selected farms around the region , ones that adhere to strict guidelines that allow their products to carry the I.G.P ( Indicazione Geografica Proteta )  stamp , truly authentic artisan producers .

Superb quality and flavour makes these salami a real treat , nicely packaged in an elegant tall box , and each salami is the traditional length of around 15 inches , each one weighing approximately 900 grams
