                                       WE CAN ANNOUNCE OUR NEW "CLICK AND COLLECT " SERVICE.                                                  

             Orders can now be collected directly from our warehouse between 2.00 pm & 5.00 pm Monday To Friday

When placing your order please add a comment to say what day you would like to collect your goods,orders will be ready from 2.00 pm so you will be able to place an order in the morning and collect it in the afternoon of the same day if you wish.




                                                          

Our new Predict system means that our couriers can provide all customers with a 1 hour delivery window and also the ability to track,change delivery day or delivery address as needed,this will be sent as either a SMS (text ) message,or email depending on the information given on the provided.

Please be aware that all chilled items are packed in a cool bag or box with the addition of ice packs which will keep the products nice and cold for up to 30 hours.

If you require chilled items for a specific day please add your preferred delivery day in the Comments section when checking out your order and we will ensure that your goods are only dispatched the night before,to avoid any mishap to your items,this way your delivery will arrive nice and cool.

 We know this is the worst bit about mail order but we try and keep our charges as low as we can and try and use recycled packaging wherever possible which keeps costs down and means we dont have to pass them onto you.

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt but if there is a delay for any reason we will contact you.


All orders received after 2.00 pm on Thursdays will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday for Tuesday or Wednesday delivery,this is to avoid damage to goods being left all weekend in delivery warehouses.

Orders for Saturday delivery need to be placed by Friday 2.00pm latest.

Our couriers usually require a signature but are happy to leave  goods in a secure place of your choice should you be out, please let us know when you place your order.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.


RETURNS.

You have 30 days to to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging

Your item needs to have the receipt .


REFUNDS

Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

if your refund is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment ).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuers policies .


SHIPPING.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
