Gratin Bleu in 500g Cuts,1/4 wheel
A beautifully creamy blue cheese,Gratin Bleu is made with the same penicillium culture that is used in Roquefort to give a rich flavour .
Texture is crumbly in the centre getting softer towards the rind with a very pale straw colouring.
Each piece is in 1/4 of a wheel size, so about 500g approximate.
Gratin Bleu makes a fantastic alternative to Stilton and served with sliced apples or pears will be a great addition to your cheeseboard this year , try it with a nice fruity red wine or a rich and hearty brown ale
